Geriann comes to the Baird & Warner Fox Valley office with extensive knowledge in both the real estate and marketing industries.  The experience she has gained in her various roles has allowed her to develop impeccable communication, negotiation and marketing skills. Her goal is to guide and educate every client throughout the entirety of the home buying and selling process and ultimately receive the best results possible.

Personal:

She is a lifelong resident of the western suburbs and has lived in St. Charles the last 20 years along side her husband. Living in the Chicago suburbs and raising her now three grown children here has given her insight to the excellent school system and also what the surrounding communities have to offer.

She not only has a passion for real estate, but more importantly enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients. She will work hard to earn and keep your trust and truly cares about every client. Geriann is excited and honored to work with you.
