Geriann was instrumental in selling our deceased relative's home. The property was unique in that the back acre was on a flood plain while the house itself was not. The property also had a cellular tower on it. Geriann was extremely thorough in her research of these issues and was able to provide the realtor of prospective buyers with the information they needed. The home also had radiant heat in the floor. She also researched that and was able to answer questions related to that type of heating. Geriann was very conscientious and detail oriented. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her!!
